Shipping policy

 PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive another notification letting you know. Processing times may delay when there is a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. It is also important to keep in mind that the processing time is different from the shipping time you select at checkout. If for any reason there is a stock issue, we will contact you to discuss your options! 

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

US Shipping fees for your orders are all calculated at checkout and keep in mind that any shipping time mentioned is an estimate, never a guarantee. There will be multiple shipping options for you to choose from depending on how fast you would like your items and there will even be an option of Next Day Air! If selecting an expedited shipping option, keep note that, it will not reduce the processing times, but we do our best to have all orders shipped as quickly as possible. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping only to certain countries as this time. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but keep in mind that any shipping time mentioned is an estimate and not a guarantee. As of now we only offer 2 types of shipping options which will be displayed at checkout. International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) in which Public Denim Bar is not responsible for these charges and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Santa Barbara only. Deliveries are made anywhere from 9am-9pm from Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If you place an order on one of those available days your order will most likely be delivered to you within the 24 hours, however please keep in mind that the delivery time could be delayed. If placing an order Saturday & Sunday your order will most likely be delivered to you until Monday. Once your order is on its way to you, we will contact you either via phone or email letting you know our day/time of arrival. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of the carrier. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number so they can further assist you.
